I want you to imagine for a moment… what would your real estate business look like if you knew, that every marketing piece you mailed out was OPENED and READ?  What could that mean to your business?  How big would your business be? Could you then afford to take more time off, or go on that dream vacation, or buy that car you have been lusting after?

You may think that’s a stretch, to get every piece of marketing material you send opened and read. I am here to tell you that it is not only possible – but my clients are reaping the benefits of it right now.

The Key Ingredients to Successful Marketing…


There are three key ingredients to having a successful marketing campaign and I can help you with all three.  The first one
is getting your marketing piece to the right people; the decision makers, the people most likely to respond to your marketing.  The second is getting the marketing piece opened, because without it getting opened, there is no chance it will get read.  And the third is getting your marketing piece read.  This is after all what you are working towards, right?  In order for the person to respond, it needs to be read.

Once you start utilizing this highly-specialized targeted marketing method, you'll never want to go back to placing an add in a newspaper, or mailing postcards to everyone in a zip code, or placing a flyer in the ‘cheap’ mailer only hoping and praying that someone will notice your ad in the midst of everyone else’s.  You will have the secret to creating income at will.  You will quickly know that when you mail out X-number of letters you will buy Y-number of houses and it will mean Z-dollars to your business.  That is what you want, isn’t it, to know that if you do a certain amount of effort to grow your business, it will grow by a set amount.
 

How to Get Your Mail to the Right People…


The first way I can help you with your marketing efforts is to work with you to ensure that we are targeting your most likely clients.  No need to mail your marketing piece to someone who has no need for your service, right?  Unless you like throwing money away and then you could just mail it to everyone who owns a house in a zip code.

How to Get Your Letter to the ‘A’ Pile…


The second way I can help you with your marketing is to ensure your marketing piece will get opened.  Before I explain how I can help you with getting your mail opened I’d like you to do a little experiment.  Just think with me as to how you sort the mail when you get it out of your mailbox.  Do you have 3 piles for your mail, the A pile, the B pile, and the C pile?  Most people do.  The A pile is for stuff that looks like it could have money in it, magazines you subscribe to, cards from you family, generally things you want to read.  Pile B is stuff you need to open and look at, mail from your bank, your credit cards, your bills, stuff you can’t throw away that you know you need to read.  And pile C, all the stuff with bulk rate marks on it, envelopes with bulk rate stamps that try to look like real stamps, envelopes from credit card companies you don’t have, envelopes with return information you don’t recognize, and bulky flyers, generally stuff you throw away, you know – Junk Mail.  In fact, next time you are at a post office, watch the people getting there mail from their PO box, you will see them do the exact thing.  It’s how everyone sorts their mail. They quickly sort through it and throw out anything that looks like it is junk mail(the C pile) and then open and read the A and B piles. 

So, you may be asking, how do I get my stuff from the C or B pile to the A pile?  We have the answer.  You put your marketing material in a hand addressed invitation envelope with a 42 cent first class stamp. And just to be perfectly clear, we do not use a font to try to look like handwriting, we actually hire real people, to address every envelope.  The only font we use in any of our marketing material is a printed font on a return address label.

How to Get Your Marketing Read…


Now onto the third and maybe a little more difficult part of the process.  Getting your marketing piece read.  We do all agree that when you receive a letter, in an envelope as pictured above, it will be opened.  The best thing we offer to get your letters read is to have them handwritten and personalized.  An example of that is pictured below.  When a person receives an envelope that is hand addressed with a first class stamp, it gets opened, and with a handwritten letter inside, it gets read.  No question about it. 


OK, How do I get started?


    In order to get started with a marketing campaign it really only requires three steps.  Get a hold of us to discuss your marketing list (to whom you will mail to), or if you have your own list, email it into us in an excel spreadsheet, or .csv file.

    Let us know what marketing message you want to use in your letter.

    And the third and final step is we will email you an invoice that you can pay with any major credit card. 
   
Most orders are turned around within 1 week.  Larger orders may take a little longer but you will be told up front how long it will take.
